Make it booze-free: Top your tippl with 500ml boiled water, infuse until cool - 24hrs is ideal. Strain and enjoy over ice with your favourite mixers + your favourite people.
Once infused, your tippl will give you at least eight 50ml serves and can be kept refrigerated for up to three months.
