    We take pride the in items we stock and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do. 

    1. If the item you have received is faulty or has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately at: manager@cravehome.co.nz or call us on 0-9-419 9535.

    You will need to return the item to us for inspection (at your own cost) and we will organise a replacement (or credit) for you as per our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.  All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

    2. We are unable to offer change of mind refunds or refunds/exchanges for 'on sale' items.  If for any other reason you are unhappy with your item, please contact us within seven days.

    3. We urge all customers to choose their purchases carefully as we are not obligated to exchange due to change of mind. For this reason, any exchanges will be at the discretion of cravehome. 

    4. You will need to provide proof of purchase and cover return costs. Once an order has been placed, you cannot cancel it.
