Shipping

 

1. We use a preferred courier (New Zealand Post) to send all packages. We are able to send to physical addresses, but unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes.

2. Once we have received your order and payment, we will send out a confirmation via email.

3. If your order is received before 2pm Monday through Friday, the order will be packed and couriered from cravehome on the day the order is received. You can expect your order to arrive within two-three working days, and a little longer for rural deliveries.  Any orders received after 2pm will be shipped the following day. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed and shipped the next working day.

4. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email which contains a tracking number from New Zealand Post so that you can check on the progress of your order.

5. To track your order, visit: www.nzpost.co.nz and click on the "Track It" box. Enter the ticket number that has been supplied in the shipping confirmation, along with the pack size details (if supplied). A progress report will appear.

Conditions

We are happy to send orders overseas, however postage will be calculated individually for these orders. Please contact us for a delivery quote.

Islands include Waiheke, Great Barrier, Stewart and Chatham.

Larger items (ie furniture) will also incur freight charges and this will be assessed on an individual basis.
