    With the country's movement to Covid-19 Alert Level 3, we are now able to despatch online orders from the cravehome store.

    We will have one person working each day, between 11 and 3 on Monday to Friday to get orders packaged up and despatched.  We have decided to work only during the week in order to encourage people to continue to stay home - still an overriding guideline of the Level 3 restrictions.

    We have developed in-house practices around keeping surfaces clean and sanitised.  This includes external door handles, the telephone, computer keyboards as well as hard surfaces like the counter.

    Our team have access to latex gloves and facemasks, and it will be their decision whether they wear them in-store.  


    Despatch Methods


    We have been advised by our couriers that the network will be under considerable pressure as many stores will be working to send out their orders.  We have booked our courier to visit the store once a day between 12 and 3.  He will take whatever orders are ready to go, and we will send out items in the order they were received.  Everyone will receive a tracking order once the order has been shipped - please use the link contained in that email to monitor your parcel's progress.

    Click & Collect:

    If you choose to pick your order up from the store, please do so between 12 and 3 on weekdays.  Once you arrive, please call us on 09-419 9535 or knock on the door.  The team member at the store will bring your package to the front door and leave it outside.  Please make sure you observe the social distancing of 2m from our door.

    Local Delivery:

    If you live in Birkenhead, Beachhaven, Birkdale, Hillcrest, Northcote or Northcote Point we can deliver your items to you through our in-house driver.  She will be equipped with a mask and latex gloves, and will leave your package outside your front door.


    Mother's Day

    I would suggest that if you would like items shipped out before Mother's Day, you order sooner rather than later in order to ensure your package arrives on time.  We cannot guarantee timely arrival for orders placed after Wednesday, 6 May.



    Thank you all for your support of my local business.  We have missed seeing our customers but hope that if we all follow the rules, it won't be too long until we can welcome you all in-store again.
